Do you service all brands?
Yes. We provide maintenance, breakdown and repair service for all common brands in the chiller, VRF, fan coil, air handling unit, precision air conditioning and heat pump groups. We are an LG authorized service and sales point; for other brands we work as an independent technical service.
What is the difference between authorized service and independent service?
An authorized service is a service that has a contract with the manufacturer and handles warranty work. An independent service provides maintenance, breakdown and repair service on out-of-warranty units. For units still under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's authorized service first.
My brand is not on the list; can I still get service?
Yes. Send us the brand and model details and a photo of the unit's nameplate; we will review the technical documentation and prepare the site survey and maintenance plan together.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the equipment we service. YOİ Mühendislik is an authorized service only for the LG brand.
