Stulz service, maintenance and repair
Stulz is a Germany-based HVAC manufacturer known especially for precision air conditioning (critical environment cooling). In Türkiye, Stulz equipment is found in areas that operate 24/7, such as data centers, server and system rooms, telecom facilities and laboratories.
The Stulz equipment groups we service are precision air conditioners including CyberAir and CyberRow, and chillers including CyberCool. Since redundant (N+1) operation is common in these environments, we plan maintenance unit by unit without taking the system out of service.
Because even small deviations in temperature and humidity control can affect IT equipment, we pay special attention to measurement and sensor verification. We carry out repairs with the customer's approval, using equivalent or original parts.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
