About scheduled maintenance
A dirty coil and filter on a poorly maintained air conditioner make it use more energy for the same cooling. With measured maintenance, the same values are recorded at every visit; changes in these values signal an approaching fault in advance.

Frequently asked questions
How long does AC maintenance take?
A split air conditioner takes about 45-60 minutes. For large systems, the duration is determined during the site survey based on the number of units.
What happens if I skip maintenance?
Efficiency drops, energy consumption rises, odors and water leaks start; in the long run, expensive parts such as the compressor are damaged.
Can I order a one-time maintenance service?
Yes. A contract is not required; you can switch to an annual maintenance contract later if you wish.
