Most faults come from a single part, but the symptom shows up somewhere else. That is why diagnosis is done by measurement: pressure, current, temperature and superheat values are read and the error code is decoded. No repair work starts until you approve the cost.

Yes. Our emergency line is open 24/7; for critical facilities under contract, an on-call team and a written response time apply.
Is there a charge for fault diagnosis?
If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total cost.
Is there a parts warranty?
Replaced parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms; we also provide a separate warranty on workmanship.
