Rooftop units used with duct systems in supermarkets, shopping malls, warehouses and gyms operate outdoors, so they are affected by dust, pollen and weather. Units that are not serviced before the season go into high-pressure alarm on the hottest days.

Frequently asked questions
Can rooftop maintenance be done while the store is open?
Condenser and outdoor maintenance can be done while the system is running; short shutdowns for fan and compressor work are scheduled outside working hours.
Do you offer multi-site contracts for retail chains?
Yes. We set up a single contract and a single reporting structure for branches in different provinces.
