About cassette and ducted air conditioners
Cassette and ducted indoor units are preferred in stores, restaurants and open-plan offices for even air distribution. Because they are hidden in the ceiling, their maintenance gets neglected; a clogged condensate pump leaks water into the ceiling, and a dirty duct reduces capacity.
What we do
- Cassette panel and filter cleaning
- Condensate pump and float switch replacement
- Fan and coil cleaning on ducted units
- Grille, plenum and duct airtightness
- Static pressure and airflow adjustment
- Control board, sensor and remote control repair
- Fresh air connection
- Installation and suspended ceiling coordination

Common problems
| Symptom / alarm | Possible cause | What we do on site |
|---|---|---|
| Water dripping from the ceiling | Condensate pump failure, clogged drain pan | Pump testing and replacement, drain pan cleaning |
| Weak airflow | Dirty filter, duct leak, fan setting | Filter, duct and fan speed check |
| Noise | Fan imbalance, loose panel | Fan balancing, mounting check |
| Error code | Float switch, sensor, PCB | Code reading and part testing |

Frequently asked questions
My cassette AC is leaking water into the ceiling. What should I do?
Turn off the unit and message us. It is usually caused by the condensate pump or a clogged drain pan, and is repaired on site without damaging the ceiling.
How is a ducted air conditioner maintained?
The fan, filter and coil are cleaned through the access panel, the drain and diffusers are checked, and airflow is measured.
Can a cassette AC be connected to a VRF system?
Yes. Cassette and ducted indoor units are used in both single split and VRF systems.
