About fan coil units
Hotels, hospitals and office towers have a fan coil unit in every room. That makes fan coil maintenance a matter of quantity and planning: records must show which unit on which floor was serviced on which date. Seasonal changeover is critical in 2-pipe systems, while valve and control settings are critical in 4-pipe systems.

Frequently asked questions
When should a fan coil unit filter be replaced?
Cleaning every 3-6 months depending on use and replacement once a year are recommended. In hospitals and hotels the interval is shorter.
Fan coil unit is not cooling. What could be the cause?
The most common causes are a closed valve, an unbled line, a clogged filter, a faulty thermostat or insufficient water supply from the chiller.
Do you offer contracts for hundreds of fan coil units?
Yes. We take a floor-by-floor inventory and schedule maintenance according to the hotel's or hospital's occupancy plan.
