About heat pumps
Heat pump efficiency depends on correct capacity selection, a well-insulated system and low-temperature emitters (underfloor heating, fan coil units). A poorly sized unit falls short on cold days or cycles on and off frequently, shortening its service life.
What we do
- Heat loss calculation and capacity selection
- Outdoor and indoor unit installation, hydraulic connections
- Boiler and buffer tank integration
- Commissioning and heating curve setup
- Annual maintenance and efficiency check
- Defrost, sensor and control board faults
- Circulation pump and filter service
- Hybrid operation with existing boiler

Maintenance tasks
- Outdoor unit fin and fan cleaning
- Water filter and system pressure
- Refrigerant pressure and temperature difference measurement
- Defrost and sensor tests
- Hot water cylinder, heating element and anode check
- Controller and heating curve settings
Buildings we serve
Our base is in Ankara Etimesgut. We provide heat pump services daily in Ankara, and on a project and contract basis in all 81 provinces of Türkiye, including İstanbul, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Konya, Kayseri, Eskişehir, Kocaeli, Adana, Gaziantep, Samsun and Trabzon. See our service areas.
Frequently asked questions
Is a heat pump cheaper than natural gas?
It depends on electricity and natural gas tariffs, building insulation and unit efficiency. We provide an annual consumption comparison during the site survey.
Does a heat pump work with radiators?
It works, but since efficiency is highest at low water temperatures, underfloor heating or large-surface radiators are a better match.
When should a heat pump be serviced?
Once a year is recommended, preferably before the heating season.
