LG service, maintenance and repair
LG is an electronics and climate control manufacturer of South Korean origin. In Türkiye it is widely used in homes, offices, hotels and commercial buildings; LG Türkiye also manufactures in Gebze through the Arçelik-LG partnership.
As YOİ Mühendislik, we are an authorized LG service and sales point. For Multi V VRF systems, Therma V air-source heat pumps and LG chillers, we provide unit selection, sales, installation and commissioning, starting from the project stage.
After installation, the same team takes on periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair. For buildings that must operate without interruption, we offer an annual maintenance contract and keep maintenance records regularly.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
LG split and floor-standing air conditioner service
As an authorized service, for LG split, floor-standing and cassette air conditioners we handle installation, periodic maintenance, refrigerant leak detection and refrigerant charging, fault diagnosis and repair. If you send the fault code and model on WhatsApp, we arrive prepared for the diagnosis. We are on the road in Ankara every day; in other provinces we work with a scheduled crew on projects and bulk jobs.

LG product families and service notes
As an authorized LG service, we use original spare parts on LG air conditioners and handle warranty processes. On LG units, fault codes are read from the remote controller or the outdoor unit board; the diagnosis is confirmed by measurement.

No. Our authorized service covers LG air conditioning and climate control products: split, floor-standing and cassette air conditioners, Multi V VRF, Therma V heat pumps and chillers. For other LG products, you can contact LG's customer service.

Do you sell and install LG air conditioners?
Yes. For LG Multi V VRF, Therma V heat pump and chiller products, we provide project design support, sales, installation and commissioning.
Do you serve LG systems outside Ankara?
We have no branch outside Ankara; we send a scheduled crew from Ankara to other provinces. This service is provided on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
Can we set up an annual maintenance contract for my LG units?
Yes. We determine maintenance intervals according to the number and type of units and carry out planned maintenance under an annual contract.
