Do you have an office or service team in Istanbul?
No. Our headquarters is in Etimesgut, Ankara. We send planned teams from Ankara to facilities in Istanbul and work on a contract, project and tender basis.
How soon can you come for an urgent breakdown in Istanbul?
We do not guarantee a time. Team dispatch time varies with distance and the current work plan. At contracted facilities we plan priorities, and in urgent cases we provide preliminary routing by phone.
Do you come to Istanbul for one-off maintenance?
We primarily plan annual contract and project-based work. For one-off jobs with sufficient scope (for example, a chiller group overhaul or collective VRF maintenance), we can prepare a quote as a project.
Is maintenance done differently in buildings near the coast?
Yes. Because of salty air, corrosion checks on outdoor units and condenser coils, surface cleaning and protective measures are added to the maintenance list.
