Third-party sources (unofficial)
Please note: Since we could not find an official manual page for these brands, we link to an independent manual site (ManualsLib) that lists user-uploaded manuals. This site is not affiliated with the manufacturer; the currency and accuracy of the manuals are not guaranteed. If possible, check the model and version against the equipment nameplate.
Brands with no manual link: our own pages
For the following brands, we could verify neither an official nor a reliable third-party manual page. Instead, you can go to each brand's own service pages on our site; you can send a photo of the equipment nameplate and we can look for the document together.
To find the manual quickly
- Note the model and serial number from the equipment nameplate
- Search for the model number of the outdoor and indoor unit separately
- Also check the model name of the remote control and control panel
- For fault codes, also see our fault codes page
- For technical terms, see the glossary of terms
- For compressor information, see compressor brands
Frequently asked questions
Why are the manuals on the manufacturer's site and not on yours?
User and service manuals are copyrighted documents that belong to the manufacturers. For the current and correct version, we direct you to the manufacturer's official page.
I cannot find the manual for my equipment, what should I do?
Note the model and serial number on the equipment nameplate and search for it on the manufacturer's site. If you cannot find it, send us a photo of the nameplate and we will look together.
Are the links up to date?
We added the links after checking that they open; manufacturers may change their sites over time. If you see a link that does not open, let us know.
Can I perform the procedures in the manual myself?
Work on refrigerant, electrical and pressurized circuits requires an expert. The user manual is for information only; you can contact us for service work.
