İmbat service, maintenance and repair
İmbat is a Turkish manufacturer producing in Kemalpaşa, İzmir. Its product range includes air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, close control (precision air conditioning) units, data center cooling solutions, rooftop and packaged air conditioners, and industrial heat pumps. In Türkiye, we come across İmbat units especially in industrial facilities, server rooms and public buildings.
The groups we service are chillers, precision air conditioners and heat pumps. Although domestic production makes many spare parts easier to access, we build the maintenance plan by inspecting each unit's component structure on site; since a chiller stopping in process cooling can affect production, we adjust maintenance to your shutdown plan.
In case of a fault, we diagnose with measurements and records and report the findings. For part replacement, we use an equivalent or original part with the customer's approval. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for continuously operating facilities and server rooms; we work with a daily crew in Ankara and a planned crew from Ankara in other provinces.

No. We are not an authorized İmbat service; we provide maintenance and repair as an independent technical service. For work under warranty, contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you also service İmbat rooftop and packaged air conditioners?
On this page we describe the chiller, precision air conditioning and heat pump groups; for other İmbat products, if you share the unit details, we will inspect on site and evaluate.
Does maintenance of process chillers stop production?
We schedule maintenance according to your facility's shutdown plan; if there is a standby unit, we service in turn to minimize interruption.
Do you provide service outside Ankara?
Yes; with a scheduled crew from Ankara, on a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender basis.
