Used in periodic maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.

Frequently asked questions
Are the forms free?
Yes. All forms can be downloaded free as PDFs and printed for use at your own facility. The forms carry the YOİ Mühendislik watermark; they may not be modified and distributed under another name.
Which form should I use?
Choose by equipment type: chiller for central cooling, fan coil for terminal units, air handling unit for ventilation, VRF for variable-flow systems. Use the technical service form for fault interventions and the refrigerant leak check form for equipment containing fluorinated gases.
Are there Excel or Word versions of the forms?
The forms are published as watermarked PDFs. For our contracted customers, we provide a digital maintenance report prepared according to the equipment inventory.
The forms were prepared by YOİ Mühendislik and carry a watermark. They are free for internal use at your own facility; modifying them, removing the watermark, reproducing them under another company's name or republishing them is prohibited.
