Form service, maintenance and repair
Form is the air conditioning brand of the Türkiye-based Form Group of Companies and is known for fan coil and air handling unit production under a Lennox license. Because it is domestically produced, Form units are frequently seen in public buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping malls and office projects.
The Form equipment groups we service are fan coils and air handling units. Because these units usually work connected to a chiller or boiler system, during maintenance we check the water side as well as the air side.
During our visits we take measurements and report findings unit by unit. When a part is needed, we offer an equivalent or original part option with customer approval. For buildings with many units, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

No. YOİ Mühendislik provides independent technical service for Form units; it is not an authorized or official service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you service Form units in public buildings?
Yes. We take part in public tenders and carry out the maintenance and repair work within the tender scope.
Do you maintain Form air handling units and fan coils together?
Yes. We can combine the air handling units and fan coils in the same building into a single maintenance plan.
Do you provide service outside Ankara?
In Ankara, our daily crews respond the same day. We have no branch outside Ankara; in other provinces we send a scheduled crew from Ankara, and the work is handled on a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender basis.
