Rittal service, maintenance and repair
Rittal is a Germany-based manufacturer, known for electrical enclosures, rack cabinets and the cooling solutions for them. In Türkiye, products offered through Rittal Türkiye are found in data centers, server rooms, factories and machine builders.
We service the LCP series rack cooling units and Blue e+ series chillers from Rittal. Because these units cool equipment rather than provide comfort, their downtime tolerance is very low; maintenance must be planned and kept short.
During maintenance we check the water circuit, fans, sensors and alarm transmission, and report the measurement values. In case of a fault, we first plan to protect the critical load and then the permanent repair. For part replacement, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

Are you an authorized service?
No. We maintain and repair Rittal equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Is cooling interrupted during maintenance in a data center?
We plan maintenance unit by unit according to the redundancy setup, so that cooling of the critical load is maintained as much as possible.
Do you provide Rittal service outside Ankara?
In Ankara we return the same day with our daily teams. In other provinces we send a scheduled team from Ankara; the service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
Do you also service Rittal enclosure air conditioners?
If you send your request together with the unit details, we will review it on site and clarify the scope of service.
