Vertiv (Liebert) service, maintenance and repair
Vertiv is a US-based critical infrastructure manufacturer, formerly known as Emerson Network Power. Its precision air conditioning products are offered under the Liebert brand; the Hiross brand also joined the Liebert umbrella over time. In Türkiye these units are especially found in data centers, bank server rooms, telecom facilities and the IT rooms of public institutions.
The Vertiv products we service are Liebert PDX, Liebert PCW and Liebert CRV precision air conditioning units and the Liebert AFC chiller. Since these units generally run 24/7 and in redundant configurations, maintenance must be planned without interrupting the room's cooling.
During maintenance we check the alarm history and sensor values and record the measurements. In case of a fault, after confirming the cause by measurement, we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval, and we recommend an annual maintenance contract for critical facilities.

Do you service older units labeled Emerson or Hiross?
Yes. We also perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on Liebert and Hiross labeled precision air conditioners left over from the Emerson Network Power era.
Is server room cooling interrupted during maintenance?
On redundant systems we work by taking units out of service one at a time, aiming to maintain room conditions.
Do you serve data centers outside Ankara?
