RC Group service, maintenance and repair
RC Group is an Italian climate control brand and is part of Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems. In Türkiye we mainly encounter it in data centers, server rooms, telecom facilities and the technical spaces of hospitals.
We service RC Group precision air conditioners and chillers. For precision air conditioners, the key expectation is keeping temperature and humidity within a narrow range; for chillers, it is continuous and uninterrupted chilled water production.
In critical rooms we plan maintenance around the redundant operating arrangement, taking units out of service in sequence so cooling is not interrupted. We carry out repairs based on measurement-based diagnosis, with the customer's approval, using equivalent or original parts.
