Vaillant service, maintenance and repair
Vaillant is a heating and climate control manufacturer of German origin. In Türkiye it operates under Vaillant Group Türkiye, in the same group as DemirDöküm. Its products are common in homes and small commercial buildings.
The equipment group we service on the Vaillant side is the air-source heat pumps in the aroTHERM family. These systems are used for underfloor heating, radiators and domestic hot water; in many homes they run in hybrid with an existing boiler.
Efficiency in a heat pump is possible with correct settings and a clean water circuit. During maintenance we take measurements and also review the settings that affect consumption. When parts are needed, we supply equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval.

No. YOİ Mühendislik provides maintenance and repair for Vaillant heat pumps as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's authorized service.
How do you diagnose Vaillant heat pump faults?
We read the fault records on the control unit and verify them with water circuit pressure, temperatures and electrical measurements; we do not recommend replacing parts before the cause is clear.
When should aroTHERM maintenance be done?
Annual maintenance is recommended in autumn, before the heating season begins.
Do you provide service outside Ankara?
We have no branch outside Ankara; we send a scheduled team from Ankara to other provinces. The service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
