Viessmann service, maintenance and repair
Viessmann is a heating and climate control manufacturer of German origin; its climate solutions are now part of the Carrier group. In Türkiye, Viessmann heat pumps are found in detached houses, villas and renovated heating installations.
The equipment group we service for this brand is the Vitocal series of heat pumps. Since heat pumps can work in the same installation as boilers or on their own, we evaluate the entire installation during service.
In case of a fault, we first verify the problem with measurements and the records in the control unit, and submit the repair recommendation for the customer's approval. When parts are needed, the equivalent or original option is decided with the customer. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for regular use.
