Delta service, maintenance and repair
Delta Electronics is a Taiwan-based power electronics and infrastructure manufacturer. Although the Delta name is better known in Türkiye for UPS and power systems, the company's InfraSuite data center solutions also include precision cooling units: RowCool, which works between rows of cabinets, and the room-type RoomCool.
These units are mostly installed as part of an integrated data center package together with Delta UPS, cabinet and monitoring systems. For this reason, during maintenance we also check the accuracy of the alarm and sensor information the air conditioner sends to the monitoring system.
Our service approach starts with measurement: we record the values, read the alarm history and report the fault with its root cause. When a part is needed, we use an equivalent or original part with your approval. For critical facilities, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorized service?
No. YOİ Mühendislik is not an authorized service of the Delta brand; it provides maintenance, fault and repair service for Delta units as an independent technical service. For units under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's authorized service first.
Do you also service our Delta UPS units?
We work on the air conditioning side, meaning RowCool and RoomCool precision air conditioners. For UPS and power systems, we recommend working with your own service provider.
Does maintenance on RowCool units interrupt cooling?
On redundant units, we carry out maintenance one unit at a time so that cooling continues.
Do you provide Delta service outside Ankara?
Yes. We have a daily crew in Ankara; in other provinces we send a scheduled crew from Ankara and work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
