Huawei service, maintenance and repair
Alongside telecom and data center infrastructure, Huawei also makes data center cooling units under the NetCol name. In Türkiye, these units are found especially in modular data centers, telecom facilities and corporate server rooms.
The units we service are NetCol5000 and NetCol8000 series precision air conditioners. These units mostly work between cabinet rows or as room-type units, together with power and monitoring infrastructure; for this reason, in maintenance the accuracy of the alarm and sensor information sent to the monitoring system is as important as the air conditioner itself.
During maintenance, we read the alarm history and record pressure, temperature, humidity and current values. In case of a fault, after verifying the cause with measurement, we use equivalent or original parts with your approval. We work with a daily crew in Ankara and a planned crew in other provinces.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorized service?
No. YOİ Mühendislik is not an authorized service of the Huawei brand; it provides maintenance, fault and repair service for Huawei units as an independent technical service. For units under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's authorized service first.
Do you also look at the connection of Huawei NetCol units to the monitoring system?
We check the alarm and sensor values on the air conditioner's own control panel and observe whether the information sent to the monitoring system is consistent with the unit. For the monitoring software's own settings, we work together with your system provider.
Can units in a modular data center be maintained?
Yes. On in-row and room-type NetCol units, we perform maintenance by taking redundant units out of service one at a time, without interrupting cooling.
Do you provide Huawei NetCol service outside Ankara?
Yes. We have a daily crew in Ankara; in other provinces we send a scheduled crew from Ankara and work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
