CIAT service, maintenance and repair
CIAT is a manufacturer of French origin that is now part of the Carrier group. In Türkiye we mostly come across CIAT units in commercial buildings with central water systems, such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals and shopping centers; there are also quite a few projects where the chiller, fan coils and air handling unit are chosen from the same brand.
The groups we service: Aquaciat (air-cooled), Hydrociat and Dynaciat (water-cooled / water-to-water) chillers; Dynaciat heat pumps that also provide heating; Major Line and Coadis Line fan coils; Airtech and Floway air handling units. Because these units are parts of the same hydronic system, we often address problems at the level of the whole system.
We take measurements first, then intervene; we report our findings and make recommendations. When replacing parts, we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval. For central systems we recommend an annual maintenance contract that includes pre-season and post-season maintenance; we work with a daily crew in Ankara and with a scheduled crew from Ankara in other provinces.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

Are you an authorized service?
No. We are not an authorized CIAT service; we provide maintenance and repair as an independent technical service. For work under warranty, contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you maintain CIAT chillers and fan coils together?
Yes. We handle the chiller, fan coils and air handling unit in a single maintenance plan, which makes it easier to spot imbalances on the water side.
