Hiross service, maintenance and repair
Hiross is a brand of Italian origin known for precision air conditioning (close control) units for server rooms and data centers. Over time the brand was incorporated into Liebert; Liebert was part of Emerson Network Power first and is part of Vertiv today. For this reason, new units are now sold under the Vertiv / Liebert name; however, in Türkiye, older Hiross and Liebert Hiross units are still running in the server rooms of many buildings, bank branches and public institutions.
The groups we service are precision air conditioning units and chillers. In precision air conditioning, we look after air-cooled (DX) and water-cooled units, especially families commonly found in the field such as HIMOD and HPS; on the chiller side, we look after water cooling units labeled Hiross and Liebert Hiross. For older units, our goal is to keep them running safely and without interruption until the unit is replaced.
Our approach is measurement first, then intervention: we record pressure, temperature, humidity and current values and report the fault with its root cause. When a part is needed, we use an equivalent or original part with the customer's approval. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for continuously operating server rooms; we serve with a daily crew in Ankara and a planned crew from Ankara in other provinces.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

Are you an authorized service?
No. YOİ Mühendislik is not an authorized service of Hiross or Vertiv (Liebert); we perform maintenance and repair as an independent technical service. For work under warranty, contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Does the Hiross brand still exist?
Hiross was incorporated into Liebert and is part of Vertiv today. New products are offered under the Vertiv / Liebert name; maintenance and repair of older Hiross units in the field can continue.
Can parts be found for my old Hiross unit?
For components such as compressors, fans, sensors, filters and humidifiers, an equivalent solution can often be found. We present part selection together with a feasibility assessment and carry it out with the customer's approval; we do not guarantee supply of original parts.
Do you provide service outside Ankara?
Yes. We have no branch outside Ankara; in other provinces we send a planned crew from Ankara. This service runs on a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender basis.
