Trox service, maintenance and repair
Trox is a Germany-based manufacturer of ventilation and air distribution products, known for its grilles, dampers and air handling units. X-CUBE air handling units offered in Türkiye through Trox Türkiye are found in hospitals, office towers, shopping malls, laboratories and public buildings.
The scope of our service is Trox X-CUBE air handling units. Because the unit is responsible for the building's fresh air and indoor air quality, filter condition, fan performance and, if present, heat recovery efficiency should be monitored regularly.
During maintenance we measure and record differential pressure, airflow, current and temperature values. In case of faults, we plan the repair by separating mechanical, electrical and automation-related causes; for parts replacement, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorized service?
No. We maintain and repair Trox equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you work on the automation of Trox units?
We perform on-site checks of sensors, valves and damper motors; for changes on the building automation software side, we work in coordination with the system owner or the automation company.
Do you provide Trox service outside Ankara?
In Ankara we return the same day with our daily teams. In other provinces we send a scheduled team from Ankara; the service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
Do you supply filters for Trox air handling units?
We identify the existing filter size and class, and supply suitable equivalent or original filter options with the customer's approval.
