Galletti service, maintenance and repair

Galletti is an Italy-based HVAC manufacturer, particularly known for its fan coil products. In Türkiye, Galletti units are found in buildings with central water systems such as hotels, offices, hospitals and residences.

We service Galletti Estro fan coils as well as the brand's chillers and heat pumps. Because fan coils, chillers and heat pumps are parts of the same installation, we evaluate the system as a whole and separate water-side problems from equipment faults.

During maintenance and repair, we record and report pressure, temperature, flow and current measurements. When a part needs replacing, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval; for buildings with many units, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

Are you an authorized service?

No. We maintain and repair Galletti equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.

Do you perform bulk maintenance on Galletti fan coils?

Yes. In buildings with many fan coils, we prepare a floor-by-floor plan and carry out maintenance with a per-unit checklist.

Do you provide Galletti service outside Ankara?

In Ankara we return the same day with our daily teams. In other provinces we send a scheduled team from Ankara; the service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.

Are parts available for Galletti units?

We identify the faulty part and offer equivalent or original part options; replacements are made with the customer's approval.
