Hitachi service, maintenance and repair
Hitachi is a brand of Japanese origin; its air conditioning and HVAC business is part of the Bosch group today. In Türkiye, Hitachi systems are frequently found in office buildings, hotels, residential projects and commercial buildings.
The main equipment groups we service for the Hitachi brand are Set Free series VRF systems, Samurai series chillers and Yutaki series air-to-water heat pumps. We work with a separate measurement and maintenance list for each group.
In case of a fault, we first verify the problem with measurement and observation, then present a repair proposal. For part replacements, the choice of equivalent or original part is made with the customer's approval. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for businesses with multiple units.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

We serve Hitachi units as an independent technical service; we are not an authorized service of Hitachi. We make the diagnosis using the fault code, fault history and measurement.
