Buderus service, maintenance and repair

Buderus is a heating technology brand of German origin and part of the Bosch group. In Türkiye, Buderus products are frequently found in homes, villas and the heating systems of commercial buildings.

Our service scope includes the Logatherm heat pump family of Buderus. In these systems, the hydraulic piping the heat pump is connected to, the buffer or hot water tank and the control settings are part of the maintenance, as much as the heat pump itself.

In case of a fault, we read the fault logs on the controller and determine the cause with water pressure, flow and temperature measurements. For repairs, we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval, and we recommend an annual contract for regular maintenance.
