DemirDöküm service, maintenance and repair
DemirDöküm is a long-established heating brand in Türkiye and is now part of Vaillant Group. Besides combi boilers and heating products, its air conditioning products such as VRF air conditioners and heat pumps are used in homes, housing complexes, offices and commercial buildings.
The DemirDöküm equipment groups we service are the VRF air conditioner (DVS 5 series) and the heat pump (MaxiAir). Combi boilers and individual heating units are outside the scope of this page.
For maintenance and fault jobs we start with measurements, and we evaluate the error logs on the control screen together with data from the site. When a part is needed, we offer an equivalent or original part option, applied with customer approval.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
