Alarko Carrier service, maintenance and repair
Alarko Carrier is a Turkish air conditioning company established through a partnership between Alarko Holding and Carrier; it manufactures in Gebze and represents Carrier products in Türkiye. For this reason, the brand's equipment is found across a wide range, from homes to office buildings, hospitals, shopping malls and public buildings.
We provide service on Alarko Carrier branded air-cooled chillers (AquaSnap 30RB), Carrier VRF systems, Alarko Flair Monobloc and AquaSnap 30RQ heat pumps, and fan coil and air handling unit groups. In central systems, we treat the chiller, fan coils and air handling unit as a whole.
Our approach is measurement-based: we record pressure, temperature, current and water flow values and confirm the source of the fault. When a part is needed, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval. For facilities that run continuously, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

No. We maintain and repair Alarko Carrier equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
What services do you provide for Alarko Carrier equipment?
We provide periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, compressor overhaul, refrigerant leak detection and charging, annual maintenance contracts, as well as sales and installation.
Do you provide Alarko Carrier service outside Ankara?
In Ankara we return the same day with our daily teams. In other provinces we send a scheduled team from Ankara; the service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
How are spare parts supplied?
We identify the faulty part and offer equivalent or original part options with their prices; we carry out the replacement with the customer's approval.
