Fujitsu service, maintenance and repair
Fujitsu is a brand of Japanese origin; its air conditioning products are manufactured under the Fujitsu General umbrella. In Türkiye we encounter it with VRF systems and heat pumps in office, hotel, retail and residential projects.
In Airstage VRF systems, we treat the outdoor unit, indoor units, copper piping and control communication as a whole. In Waterstage heat pumps, we check heating, cooling and the water circuit together.
For fault diagnosis, we first read the controller and outdoor unit error logs and verify them with measurements. We perform refrigerant leak detection, vacuuming and charging with recorded values; when a part is needed, we use an equivalent or original part with customer approval.
