Panasonic service, maintenance and repair

Panasonic is a Japan-based electronics and climate control manufacturer. In Türkiye, it is widely used with ECOi VRF systems in offices, hotels and commercial buildings, and with Aquarea heat pumps in homes and small commercial buildings.

For Panasonic, we service ECOi VRF air conditioning systems, Aquarea air-to-water heat pumps and Panasonic chillers. Different risks stand out in each unit group: in VRF, the communication line and refrigerant balance; in heat pumps, winter performance and the water circuit; in chillers, the compressor and the water side.

For a fault, we measure first, report the cause, and then proceed to repair. For part replacement, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval. For businesses that want regular follow-up, we offer an annual maintenance contract.
