Blue Box service, maintenance and repair
Blue Box is a chiller and heat pump brand of Italian origin and belongs to the Swegon group. In Türkiye, it is used in central cooling systems in commercial buildings, facilities that require data and process cooling, and large residential projects.
We service both air-cooled and water-cooled applications of Blue Box chillers and heat pumps. When needed, we also assess the pump, valve and terminal side of the central system during the same visit.
When diagnosing faults, we confirm the alarm history on the control panel with pressure, temperature and current measurements. When parts are needed, equivalent or original parts are used with the customer's approval; an annual maintenance contract puts the checks on a schedule.
