Carrier service, maintenance and repair
Carrier is a long-established HVAC brand of US origin, credited with a role in the development of modern air conditioning. In Türkiye it is represented by Alarko Carrier. The brand is frequently found in shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, office blocks and industrial facilities with central cooling and heating systems.
The main groups we service on the Carrier side are chillers from the AquaEdge, AquaForce and AquaSnap families, Carrier VRF systems, AquaSnap 30RQ heat pumps, and the fan coils and air handling units connected to these systems. We work with a separate maintenance checklist for each unit group.
Our approach is measurement first, then intervention: we record pressure, temperature, current and tightness values and report the fault with its root cause. When parts need to be replaced, we apply equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval. For facilities that want uninterrupted operation, we offer an annual maintenance contract.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
Carrier product families and service notes
We serve Carrier units as an independent technical service; we are not an authorized service of Carrier. On the chiller side, we diagnose using control panel logs, pressure and temperature measurements and oil checks.
- AquaSnap (such as the 30RB series) air-cooled scroll chillers: condenser, fan and refrigerant checks.
- AquaForce (such as the 30XA series) screw chillers: compressor, oil system and economizer checks.
- Centrifugal chillers: periodic maintenance and control system checks.

Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorized service for Carrier?
No. We maintain and repair Carrier equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you maintain Carrier chillers whose warranty has expired?
Yes. We carry out periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair on Carrier chillers, VRF and heat pumps whose warranty has ended.
Can you come to Carrier systems outside Ankara?
We have no branch outside Ankara; we send a scheduled team from Ankara under a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender.
Are annual maintenance contracts available for Carrier?
Yes. We prepare an annual maintenance contract with a visit frequency determined by the number and type of units.
