Daikin service, maintenance and repair
Daikin is an HVAC manufacturer headquartered in Japan. Daikin Türkiye acquired Airfel in 2011; fan coils, air handling units and VRV are manufactured at the facility in Hendek, Sakarya. For this reason, Daikin equipment is commonly found in Türkiye in office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals and residential projects.
Our service scope includes Daikin's commercial and industrial product groups: the EWAD-TZ chiller family, VRV systems, D-AHU air handling units, fan coil units, Pro-C and Pro-W precision air conditioning units and Altherma heat pumps. The maintenance list and measurement steps differ for each unit group; our teams work accordingly in the field.
Our approach is measurement and recording first, then intervention. In case of a fault, we read the unit's error log and operating values to determine the cause, and use an equivalent or original part for repair with the customer's approval. For facilities with multiple units, we plan the intervals in advance with an annual maintenance contract.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
Daikin product families and service notes
We provide maintenance and repair for Daikin units as an independent technical service; we are not an authorized Daikin service. We diagnose using the fault code, nameplate information and measurements, and supply the appropriate spare part.

After fault diagnosis we present equivalent or original part options and carry out the replacement with the customer's approval.
