Ferroli service, maintenance and repair

Ferroli is an Italy-based heating and air conditioning manufacturer. In Türkiye it is known for its combi boilers and boilers as well as the Omnia series of heat pumps; these products are used in detached houses, villas and small commercial buildings for underfloor heating, radiators and domestic water.

Our service scope is Ferroli Omnia heat pumps. Because efficiency in air-to-water systems depends on airflow at the outdoor unit, a clean water circuit and correct control settings, we handle maintenance together with the installation.

For fault diagnosis, we read the error log and verify it with pressure, temperature and current measurements. When a part is needed, we offer equivalent or original part options with customer approval; for buildings with multiple units, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

Do you provide Ferroli service outside Ankara?

In Ankara we return the same day with our daily teams. In other provinces we send a scheduled team from Ankara; the service is carried out on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
