Midea service, maintenance and repair
Midea is a China-based manufacturer of climate control and home appliances. In Türkiye, Midea units are especially found on office floors, in hotels, shops and residential complexes; on the commercial side, VRF systems known under the MDV brand and M-Thermal heat pumps are widely used.
As YOİ Mühendislik, we service Midea MDV VRF outdoor and indoor units, M-Thermal air-source heat pumps, Midea chillers and fan coils, and air handling units. From a single unit to the whole system in a multi-story building, the same team can handle maintenance and faults.
Our approach is measurement first, then intervention: we record pressure, temperature, current and control board errors to pin down the cause. If a part is needed, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval. Planning regular maintenance with an annual maintenance contract noticeably reduces start-of-season breakdowns.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

Are you an authorized service for Midea?
No. YOİ Mühendislik provides independent technical service for Midea units. If your unit is under warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service for warranty work; for out-of-warranty maintenance and repair, we are here to support you.
Do you maintain Midea MDV VRF systems?
Yes. On MDV VRF outdoor units we handle compressor, fan, heat exchanger and electronics checks; on indoor units we handle filter, drain and fan maintenance.
Do you service Midea units outside Ankara?
We have no branch outside Ankara. We send a scheduled crew from Ankara to other provinces; we provide this service under projects, annual maintenance contracts or public tenders.
How are parts replaced on Midea units?
After fault diagnosis we report the required part, source equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval, and install it.
