York is an air conditioning brand with US origins that is part of Johnson Controls today. In Türkiye it is known through Johnson Controls Türkiye; York chillers are frequently found in buildings that use central cooling, such as hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels and industrial facilities.
The York equipment groups we service are chillers (including the YVAA, YK and YLAA series), fan coils, air handling units and heat pumps. We work with our field experience on air-cooled and water-cooled systems, and on units with screw and centrifugal compressors.
Our approach is measurement first, then decision: we record pressure, temperature, current and oil condition, and report the root cause of the fault. When parts are needed, we apply an equivalent or original part option with the customer's approval. For facilities that want uninterrupted operation, we recommend an annual maintenance contract.

Do you do compressor overhaul on York chillers?
Yes. Compressor overhaul is among our services; we first determine whether an overhaul is necessary through vibration, current and oil analysis.
Do you maintain York systems outside Ankara?
In Ankara, our daily crews respond the same day. We have no branch outside Ankara; in other provinces we send a scheduled crew from Ankara, and the work is handled on a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender basis.
How does the annual maintenance contract work for York?
We set maintenance intervals according to the number and type of units, and leave a measurement report at each visit. Fault calls are prioritized under the contract.
