Rhoss service, maintenance and repair

Rhoss is an Italian climate control brand that makes chillers, heat pumps and fan coils for hydronic systems. In Türkiye, Rhoss equipment is found in office buildings, hotels, commercial buildings and some residential projects.

The Rhoss unit groups we service are chillers, fan coils including Yardy, and heat pumps. In hydronic systems, we evaluate the unit not on its own but together with the pumps, valves and water quality.

During maintenance we record and report the measurement values. In case of a fault, we identify the root cause and carry out the repair with equivalent or original parts, with the customer's approval. We offer an annual contract option for regular maintenance.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.

No. We provide independent technical service for Rhoss units. For work covered by warranty, you should contact the manufacturer's authorized service.

Is "Ross chiller" the same brand as Rhoss?

Yes, although it is often written as "ross" in searches, the brand name is Rhoss.

Do you serve areas outside Ankara?

Our headquarters is in Etimesgut, Ankara; within Ankara, we respond the same day with a daily team. We have no branches in other provinces; we work from Ankara with a planned team on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.

Are spare parts available?

Parts are supplied as equivalent or original, with the customer's approval; the source and lead time are communicated in advance.
