ClimateMaster service, maintenance and repair
ClimateMaster is a US-origin manufacturer focused on water-source and ground-source (geothermal) heat pumps. In Türkiye we mostly come across these units in systems where a separate unit is placed in each room and connected to a common water loop, such as hotels, offices and residences, or in geothermal applications with boreholes.
Our service scope is the heat pump group: ceiling-type, vertical and console ClimateMaster units, mainly from the Tranquility family. In these systems the water side matters as much as the unit; the loop pump, tower or boiler, heat exchanger and water quality directly affect the life of the unit. That is why we plan unit maintenance together with a check of the water loop.
In a fault, we measure first and evaluate water flow, temperature difference and refrigerant pressures together. In repairs we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval. An annual maintenance contract is the most efficient model for buildings with many units; we work with a daily crew in Ankara and a scheduled crew in other provinces.

In Ankara our teams are out in the field every day; we respond to breakdown calls the same day. In other provinces we work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis by sending a planned team from Ankara.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorized service?
No. We are not an authorized ClimateMaster service; we provide maintenance and repair as an independent technical service. For work under warranty, contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
A building has many ClimateMaster units; how do you plan the work?
We take the units into an inventory and prepare a maintenance schedule by location. We also check the water loop, pumps and the tower/boiler side in the same plan.
Do you also service geothermal systems?
Yes, for ground-source applications we check loop flow, antifreeze ratio and temperature difference together with the unit. We do not do drilling work.
Do you provide service outside Ankara?
Yes; we serve with a scheduled crew from Ankara, on a project, annual maintenance contract or public tender basis.
