Arçelik service, maintenance and repair

Arçelik is a home appliance and air conditioning brand of Turkish origin. On the commercial air conditioning side, we encounter it in homes, offices, stores and housing complexes through VRS series VRF systems from the Arçelik-LG partnership and heat pumps.

The Arçelik equipment groups we service are VRS VRF systems and heat pumps. In VRS, the focus of maintenance is the integrity of the outdoor-indoor units and the refrigerant circuit; in heat pumps, it is the hydronic circuit and heating efficiency.

We approach a fault with measurements and a review of the error log, and submit the required part to the customer for approval with equivalent or original options. For buildings with many units, we recommend an annual maintenance contract for regular maintenance.
