Haier service, maintenance and repair

Haier is a China-headquartered manufacturer with a wide range of home appliances and HVAC products. In Türkiye, Haier HVAC products are found especially in office, store, hotel and residential projects.

The Haier product groups we service are VRF systems known as MRV, chiller units and heat pumps. In MRV systems, indoor-outdoor unit and piping integrity stands out; in chillers, water and refrigerant circuit values; and in heat pumps, the hydraulic installation.

In case of a fault, we read the unit's fault record and verify it with measurements, and in repair we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval. For facilities with multiple units, we plan the intervals in advance with an annual maintenance contract.
