Hisense service, maintenance and repair

Hisense is a China-headquartered electronics and HVAC manufacturer. In Türkiye, Hisense HVAC products are found in commercial buildings, stores and residential projects.

The two main product groups we service are Hi-Flexi VRF systems and Hi-Therma air-to-water heat pumps. On the VRF side we focus on indoor-outdoor unit and piping integrity, and on the heat pump side on the hydraulic installation and outdoor unit conditions.

In case of a fault, we first read the fault record and operating values and verify the cause with measurements. In repair, we use equivalent or original parts with the customer's approval, and we recommend an annual maintenance contract for facilities with many units.
