Gree service, maintenance and repair
Gree is a China-based HVAC manufacturer with broad production capacity worldwide. In Türkiye, Gree units are frequently seen in different building types, from homes and offices to stores, hotels and small-to-medium commercial buildings.
The device groups we service for the Gree brand are GMV series VRF systems, chillers, fan coil units, air handling units and Versati series air-source heat pumps. For each group, we work with a measurement and checklist suited to the unit's operating principle.
Our approach is accurate diagnosis first: we measure pressure, temperature and electrical values, and once the source of the fault is clear, we submit the repair proposal for the customer's approval. When parts are needed, the equivalent or original part option is decided with the customer's approval. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for regularly operated facilities.

Are you an authorized service for Gree?
No. We maintain and repair Gree equipment as an independent technical service. For work covered by warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's authorized service.
Do you maintain Gree GMV VRF systems?
Yes. We provide periodic maintenance and fault repair covering outdoor unit, indoor units, drainage, filter and refrigerant pressure checks.
Do you service Gree units outside Ankara?
We have no branch outside Ankara; we send a planned crew from Ankara under projects, annual maintenance contracts and public tenders.
Can an annual maintenance contract be made for my Gree unit?
Yes. We offer contract maintenance with a visit interval set according to the number and type of units.
