Samsung service, maintenance and repair

Samsung is a South Korea-based technology company that offers commercial HVAC products built on inverter technology. In Türkiye, Samsung DVM systems are found in office buildings, hotels, stores and residences, while EHS heat pumps are found in detached homes.

We service DVM S VRF systems, modular DVM Chiller, and EHS and ClimateHub heat pump solutions. What these products have in common is heavy use of electronic controls and inverter drives, so error logs and electrical measurements are decisive in fault diagnosis.

During maintenance we carry out mechanical cleaning along with pressure, current and temperature measurements, and report the results. When parts are needed, we offer equivalent or original part options with the customer's approval. For multi-unit projects we recommend an annual maintenance contract.
