Hiref service, maintenance and repair
Hiref is an Italy-based HVAC manufacturer that makes precision air conditioning (close control) units especially for data centers, telecom facilities and technical spaces. In Türkiye, Hiref units are mostly found in project-based server rooms and critical facilities.
Because precision air conditioning units run without interruption all year, the wear margin is high. For this reason, regular checks of consumable and moving parts such as filters, fans, humidifiers and sensors in Hiref units directly affect the unit's service life.
Our service approach starts with measurement: we record the values, read the alarm history and report the fault with its root cause. When a part is needed, we use an equivalent or original part with your approval. We recommend an annual maintenance contract for rooms that run without interruption.

Are you an authorized service?
No. YOİ Mühendislik is not an authorized service of the Hiref brand; it provides maintenance, fault and repair service for Hiref units as an independent technical service. For units under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer's authorized service first.
Are Hiref spare parts available?
Parts supply varies by model. We examine the unit label and part code, research original or suitable equivalent options, and present them for your approval.
My brand is Hiref but the model is old; can it be maintained?
Yes. On older models we perform measurement-based maintenance and report with data whether repair or replacement makes more sense; the decision is yours.
Do you provide Hiref service outside Ankara?
Yes. We have a daily crew in Ankara; in other provinces we send a scheduled crew from Ankara and work on a project, annual maintenance contract and public tender basis.
